Griffith City Council is inviting the community to provide feedback on a suite of important draft planning documents now on public exhibition. These documents guide Council’s service delivery, infrastructure investment, workforce planning and financial sustainability for the years ahead and your input is vital.
The following draft plans are now available for community review and comment:
Draft Delivery Program 2025/26 – 2028/29, incorporating the Draft Operational Plan 2026/27 (including annual Budget)
Draft Ten Year Long Term Financial Plan 2026/27Annual Review
These documents underpin Council’s Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) framework, ensuring that decisions made today support the long-term aspirations outlined in the recently adopted Community Strategic Plan - We are Griffith 2025-2035.
This is a key opportunity for you to influence how Council prioritises services, allocates resources, and plans for future growth and resilience. We want to hear from you, whether it's about infrastructure, financial sustainability, service levels, or long-term community outcomes.
The public exhibition will run for a minimum of 28 days, during which all feedback will be carefully considered before the plans are finalised in June 2026.
Council will also host a Community Opinion Group (COG) meeting during the exhibition period, where residents can participate in an open discussion about the draft documents.
View the draft documents on this page and have your say using the Have your say button below by 4pm Sunday, 31 May 2026.
Together, we can ensure Griffith continues to thrive as a liveable, sustainable and future-ready regional city.
