Pursuant to Section 38 of the Local Government Act 1993, Griffith City Council advises that the Draft Plan of Management for the Bagtown Historic Cemetery is currently on exhibition until 20 August 2025. Written submissions will be received up until 4pm,3 September 2025 and should be forwarded to the General Manager, Griffith City Council, PO Box 485, Griffith NSW 2680 or via email admin@griffith.nsw.gov.au.
Please note that any submission may be included in the Council business paper for consideration at an Ordinary Meeting of Council. The Draft Plan of Management can be viewed on Council’s website or at Council offices during business hours.
