  • Installation of a new stormwater outfall pump

  • Construction of two new T-intersections at Boorga Road and Mallinson Road

Funding for this project was secured earlier this year through the Australian Government’s Housing Support Program, along with internal contributions from the Lake Wyangan Development Contribution Plan.

As such, the impacts have been assessed under Part 5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act) with the factors listed in Clause 171 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021 (EP&A Regulation) taken into consideration.

The report to the right details a REF undertaken to assess the impacts of the proposal under Part 5 of the EP&A Act.
