Notice is hereby given that Griffith City Council proposes to close the following Public Road Lots.
Lots 41 & 42 DP 1308674, Thomas Place, Griffith. The reason for this closure is to extinguish the cul-de-sac and consolidate the amalgamation of the adjoining lots as part of the Griffin Green Housing Project.
Any person is entitled to make submissions to the Council with respect to the closure of the Road Lots.
Submissions will be received by Council until 4pm on Monday 24 November 2025 via:

If no submissions are received by the closing date, Council may proceed with the road closure in accordance with the Roads Act 1993.
Please note that under the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, such submissions may be referred to third parties for consideration. Once the submission period is completed, Griffith City Council will consider all duly made submissions before deciding whether to proceed with the road closure in accordance with the Roads Act 1993.
